8. Meta & WhatsApp Platforms

Ommify Technologies is a technology partner working with the WhatsApp Business Platform and other Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Our WhatsApp Business operations and customer communications are governed by these policies in addition to applicable Indian and international data protection laws.

Message templates, opt-in flows, and customer conversations conducted via the WhatsApp Business API are stored and processed only for the purposes of providing the requested service, support, transactional updates, and authorised marketing communications.
