Data Deletion Policy

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to marketing@ommify.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following details so we can verify your identity:

• Your registered full name
• Registered email address and/or phone number (WhatsApp number, if applicable)
• The Ommify product or service you used
• Any reference / account / invoice ID (if available)

2. Verification & Confirmation

Once we receive your request and verify the required details, we will send you a confirmation email within 7 (seven) business daysacknowledging your request and outlining the data scheduled for deletion.

3. Permanent Deletion

After we receive your reply confirming the deletion, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems and associated processing services. Backups containing the data will be purged in line with our standard backup rotation cycle.

4. Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required by law, for taxation, accounting, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or to enforce our agreements. Such retained data will be securely stored and used only for the stated lawful purpose.

5. WhatsApp & Meta Platforms

For data shared via WhatsApp Business or any Meta-owned platform, deletion will be processed in accordance with Meta's Platform Policy and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms. Conversation data stored on Meta's servers is subject to Meta's own retention rules.
