Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid to Ommify are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this policy or as required by applicable law. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, payments cannot be reversed.

2. Subscription Services (SaaS / Cloud)

• Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• You may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of the paid period.
• No prorated refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

3. Project & Custom Development Services

• Advance payments and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If the project is cancelled by the Client before any work begins, up to 80% of the advance may be refunded after deducting administrative and onboarding costs.
• If the project is cancelled by Ommify due to feasibility issues, unused portions of the advance will be refunded.

4. AI Usage / Token-based Services

Charges for consumed AI tokens, API calls, GPU compute, and inference hours are non-refundable. Unused prepaid credits expire as per the terms of the specific plan and are not refundable in cash.

5. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only if:

• Payment was made by mistake (duplicate payment / wrong amount).
• Service was paid for but never provisioned due to a fault on Ommify's side.
• A written agreement explicitly provides for a refund.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email marketing@ommify.com within seven (7) days of the transaction with:

• Invoice number and date
• Payment reference / transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank charges, gateway fees, and forex conversion losses (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ommify constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of disputed amounts.
